Alternative technique: Use Autotext For Zoning

1. Enter the Zoning Code field. (The Zoning Code field merges to the Summary of Salient Facts in the Word document, and optionally, the analysis grids, summary tables and database record. )

While this table is adequate for many uses, in cases where a more detailed Zoning description and analysis is warranted, an alternative strategy is to write the zoning section in Word and optionally, using the Autotext feature to save the writer-up for future use. If that strategy is employed the Zoning Code field should be entered so that data can populate analysis grids, summary tables and/or database record. Again, this optional.
